1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, makeup, damage, or signs of wear.

Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories when applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. How To Request A Return

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Important Return Notice

The return address may be different from the business address shown on our website. Please contact us first and use only the return address provided by our customer support team. Packages returned to the wrong address may not be received or refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories when applicable
  • Final sale items or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items with perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection fees, and any return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the item, packaging, size label, and the problem area.

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.

7. Size And Fit Issues

We provide product descriptions and size information to help customers choose the right size. Slight size differences may occur due to manual measurement, fabric characteristics, and production batches.

If the item does not fit as expected, please contact us. Eligible items may be returned according to this policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in the wrong size due to our error.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply when an item is returned with missing packaging, signs of use, damage not caused by us, or other conditions that affect resale value.

We reserve the right to deduct applicable costs if the returned item does not meet our return condition requirements.

10. Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order if you need a different size, color, or style. This helps secure the item before it sells out.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process if eligible.

12. Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, or other costs charged by the carrier.

13. Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval, please first check your bank account or payment provider. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
