1. Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, our team will begin processing it. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days before shipment.
Processing time includes order confirmation, item preparation, quality checking, and packaging. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 8-12 business days, depending on your location, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $89. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before any applicable taxes or additional fees.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued. Carrier tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, street details, city, state, and postal code.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Morandivo may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We can only assist with order changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
7. Delayed Packages
While we work with shipping carriers to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can sometimes happen during transit.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. Our support team will help check the shipment status and provide further assistance.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, front door, mailbox, parcel locker, reception area, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If the package still cannot be found, please contact us. We will assist you in checking the delivery information. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may require additional verification before offering further solutions.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination country or region.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
10. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse processing. In this case, you may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.
11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to sender due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier.
If a package is returned to us, please contact our support team. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
